Static sites
A Vite or React app, a site generator or plain HTML. We build it with your project’s own tooling and serve it production-ready.
From repository to internet
Zonda Cloud is a platform for deploying apps and sites from your GitLab or GitHub repository: every push is built, published over HTTPS and goes live, with no servers to manage.

Works with
What you can deploy
We detect what is in your repository and build it the right way.
A Vite or React app, a site generator or plain HTML. We build it with your project’s own tooling and serve it production-ready.
If your repository already has a Dockerfile, we build it as is. You decide what runs and how. For a server app, this is the way.
Link as many branches as you want to deploy at once, for example staging: each one gets its own deployment and its own address.
How it works
Use GitLab or GitHub. There is no other password to remember.
Select the project and the branch you want to deploy.
We build it and publish it over HTTPS. Every new push deploys it again.
Features
Every app ships with a certificate, with nothing to configure.
One address per app, and your own domain whenever you want to use it.
Set them in the console. Their values are masked in the logs.
Follow the build as it happens and watch the logs of the running app.
Roll back to an earlier version without rebuilding.
The result of every deployment shows up on the commit, in GitLab and in GitHub.
A managed database with backups, connected to your app over the internal network.
CPU, memory and traffic for each app, and your account’s usage, in the console.

Frequently asked questions

Static sites (Vite, React, Astro, Angular, Docusaurus or others, or plain HTML) with no Dockerfile needed, and container apps if your repository includes a Dockerfile.
For a static site, no: Zonda Cloud detects the project and builds it with its own tooling. For a server application, yes: it is built exactly as your Dockerfile says.
Yes. You add it in the console, create the DNS record it tells you to (CNAME for a subdomain, A or ALIAS for the root domain), and the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically once the DNS points to us.
Yes. Every branch you link gets its own deployment and its own address, for example my-app--staging.zondacloud.com, and the main branch is not affected.
Yes. You can create a managed PostgreSQL database (versions 14 to 17) with a persistent volume and backups, link it to your app and connect over the internal network with DATABASE_URL. You can also load a dump of your current database. It is a single instance per database, with no replicas, and backups are stored on the same node.
From the console you roll back to any earlier successful deployment, without rebuilding.
